Separates sweetness and strength. The first 40% controls sweetness; the last 60% controls strength.
Tetsu Kasuya 10-Pour
Thick, syrupy mouthfeel with dominant sweetness that keeps opening up as the cup cools. Acidity takes a back seat. Best for light and medium-light single origins — high temp makes it a poor fit for dark roasts.
